So, a word to all of you. Don't ignore chest pain --- and just think it is indigestion!! Get it checked out. And make them recheck. This time Jim's doctor made them keep searching. Jim was frustrated about going back for so many tests, but when they finally found the main problem, the specialist said he would have been dead in less than a year! He is recovering fairly well. Dozes a lot. No appetite. But I see improvement every day. He can't drive for 4 to 6 weeks. And it will be some time before he can get back to tinkering in the garage!!

Editors note: I received an e-mail from Jim on 9/10/02, in it he says he is on the mend, but it is slow.
