             Dan Haarstad's 1951 Styleline Deluxe

"There is nothing like an old car to take you back in time, even if it is for just a few hours. Once inside, it is truly a time capsule that can take you back to your youth. This old car is fun as well as relaxing to drive."

My  Chevrolet Styleline DeLuxe 4 door sedan, serial number 21JKC28843 was built in Janesville, Wisconsin in  March of 1951. It was purchased at Reliance Motors in Virginia, Minnesota. It has spent most of its life in Duluth, Minnesota. It was owned by a man who did not drive the car during the winter, and that is how it survived this long, and explains the low mileage of the car. I was able to contact the nephew of the original owner in Duluth as I found an old registration card in the car. The nephew had owned the car for about ten years, then sold it at auction in Arizona.       (cont. on p. 5)
