Puget Sound Region VCCA Board Meeting Minutes
September 22, 2005
The third Board Meeting of the year was called to order by Co-Director Bob Helgeson at the home of Don & Sallie Comstock. Present: : Dave Haddock, Lee & Carol Folsom, Dave & Betty Roberts, Donna Onat, Ana & George Haley, Rod Schein, Bob Helgeson, Jerry Brownell, Jim Martoza, Don & Sallie Comstock, John Strampher. Those attending developed the agenda.
NW Meet Photos. Bob has put together a video display from photos taken by Jim Sieber and himself. It played several times, to the enjoyment and appreciation of all.
Officers for next year. To give input to the Nominating Committee, present officers were asked their thoughts about continuing for another year. Those willing to serve again: Bob Helgeson, Director; Sallie Comstock, Treasurer; Donna Onat, Membership; Dave & Betty Roberts, Club Store. Jim Farris (Secretary) was not available to comment, being in Denver for a car event. Dave Haddock is willing to assist another person, and if need be, share the Newsletter responsibilities. Jim Martoza is willing to continue many behind-the-scenes efforts (website, Roster document, etc). Ana Maria will continue to coordinate the Monroe Swap Meet volunteers. Open positions that need to be filled are: Assistant Director, Editor, Activities, and Historian. Rod & Evie are willing to take on some Activities work. Discussion followed regarding club members whom the Nominating Committee may want to approach as potential candidates for 2006. (Make our day - volunteer!)
