The follow proposed amendments to the PS-VCCA By-Laws has been presented to, reviewed, and approved by the Executive Board. These amendments will be brought to the membership for a vote at the October General Meeting.  NOTE. Italicized text will be deleted.  Underlined text will be added.

ARTICLE IV - DUTIES OF OFFICERS AND SUPPORT POSITIONS
Section 1
DIRECTOR.  The Regional Director shall oversee affairs of the Region and perform duties incident to the office.  He/she shall:
· Item F deleted: Maintain a "Director's Log" summarizing important actions of the year to be passed on to the succeeding Director

Section 9
CLUB STORE & PROPERTY MANAGER
The Club Store & Property Manager shall maintain an inventory list of Region properties and a supply of Region-related merchandise. Region properties (such as banner, P.A. system, typewriter, coffee pot, etc.) may be in custody of appropriate members. Current member in custody of such properties shall be recorded on the inventory list. Region-related merchandise (logos, decals, etc) shall be available for purchase at all Region meetings. Stock expansion/replacement is subject to approval of the Executive Board or membership. Proceeds are to be forwarded to the Treasurer..
