Puget Sound VCCA 2008 Activities Questionnaire
Hello Everyone- This is your last chance to "speak up" before we select the list of activities for next year!!!  In order to help us understand what events folks would be most interested in attending we have (with Jim Martoza's help) assembled a questionnaire and hope that we can get members to fill it out.  It is similar to the one Jim prepared for meeting subjects and can be found on the web at http://app.doubleknot.com/form/formjump.asp?bidx=0&surveyID=5978&OrgKey=409.  Or, make it easy on yourself and email me (chevydave@gmail.com) with a request for the hot link.  Once you have this you can just click on it and go directly to the questionnaire.  Please find some time before mid-January to go online and complete this form for us.  We'll present the results to everyone at the January 2008 meeting.             Thanks- - Dave and Diane Haddock
