January Meeting
Happy 2008 !! I hope everyone had a Happy New Year. 2008 is here and January is a big month for happy owners of Vintage Chevy's. We have already had the first board meeting of the year.
Next we have the always well-attended banquet on Jan. 26th. See page 4 of this Tappet Clatter for directions to the Golden Steer on the East Hill above Kent. The starting time is 6:00 PM.
More information on this event may be located in the November and December 2007 Tappet Clatters. This is a great time to visit with old and new VCCA friends and enjoy good dining at the same time.
At our general meeting on Jan. 28th at Tillicum Middle school, Lee Folsom will discuss electrical and ignition systems of our cars He will touch on wiring our older Chevys for turn signals and testing of gas gauges. If time allows and you missed it before, he will also demonstrate his condenser and coil testing processes. So, if you have an old coil or condenser you would like tested this would be an excellent time to get it done. Asst. Director Al Howe
